Drop-in program for pregnant or parenting moms and dads under the age of 24 and their children. Meet other parents, prepare and share food, learn about positive parenting, growth and development

Jointly run by the EarlyON Child and Family Centre and the Huron Perth Public Health.
Before and after school child care
Program includes art, outdoor play, circle, special activities, snack, trips and special visitors. Focus is on learning through play, self-help, interacting and communicating with peers and adults

North Perth EarlyON: Tremaine (1209 Tremaine Ave. Listowel)
North Perth EarlyON: Monkton (200 Nelson St. Monkton)
North Perth EarlyON also offers programming at various community locations throughout the year and collaborates with other services/organizations to provide a variety of programs.
Provides;
- parenting support
- offer answers to parenting questions
- connect parents with other caregivers who are facing similar challenges
- recommend books, pamphlets, hand-outs and or videos
- help to find local parenting classes or workshops
- link parents with appropriate services within their community

EarlyON Child and Family Centres programs provide play based learning for children and their parents and caregivers through play, song, games, sensory and creative experiences. These opportunities allow children to develop their social and emotional skills, reach developmental milestones and begin their journey of lifelong learning, as well as support parents in their very important role.

Support to families with children 0-6 years. Links to information on Breastfeeding, Nutrition and feeding, Child behaviour, Crying, Immunizations and vaccines, Developmental stages and activities, Growth and development, Child mental health, Dental, Determinants of health, Car seats and safety, Product recalls, Postpartum depression, Shaken baby syndrome, Fathers / Dads page, Injury prevention
Other programs include:
Healthy Babies, Healthy Children program, Prenatal and Pregnancy health, Vaccines and Immunizations, Dental Treatment for Children in need, Literacy Program
Community and Family Services provides the following: Food Bank assistance, emergency transportation, support available for one-time emergency medicine costs, emergency accommodations, vouchers for clothing and household items, advocacy and resource referrals, support offered to send up to 5 children to Salvation Army summer camp each year. OESP and Leap Program application assistance.
Other services provided during applicable or specific times throughout the year include: Christmas hampers, and is an intake agency for Huron Backpacks for Kids. Call office or see separate entries for full details.
